CAN’T GET YOUR WINGED LINER RIGHT? CHECK OUT THIS EASY HACK!

Are you guilty of trying out ridiculously impracticable makeup hacks? From using rolled up socks as a beauty blender, a spoon to contour, and an eyelash curler to line your eyes. We’ve all done it, and quickly realized that these hacks belong straight in the trash. However, there are some effective makeup hacks that make our lives SO much easier.

For all the girls (and boys) out there who have struggled to do winged eyeliner, I’ve discovered the perfect hack for you — dental floss eyeliner. You probably think this is just another stupid hack, but take a second to hear me out.

All your going to need is: liquid eyeliner and dental floss picks. Concealer and powder are optional.

The first step is to take your liquid eyeliner and coat the outside of the string floss.

Next step is to place the floss on the edge of your eye, making sure it lines up with the end of your eyebrow, and lightly press it onto your skin.

Before stamping on the second line, you can apply more of the liquid eyeliner onto the floss if necessary. The second line should connect to the end of your first line and come down to the middle of the lash line.

Once you have completed your two lines, you can fill in the rest of the wing using your liquid eyeliner and adjust it to your liking.

A tip I like to use to make my winged liner more sharp and precise is concealer. I like to take the Maybelline Fit Me Concealer (15 – Fair) on a small angled brush and clean up right under the wing. I then make sure to set the concealer with the Rimmel Stay Matte Powder (011 – Creamy Natural).

There you have it!! The winged liner you have dreamt about! How easy was that? I use to flip my sh*t when I couldn’t get my winged liner right, but this trick never lets me down. I hope this has solved all your winged liner problems and don’t forget to comment the weirdest makeup hack you’ve tried!
